    Mahindodaya Technological Laboratory for Welimada Central College

    The government is strengthening free education with the establishment of Mahindodaya Technical Laboratories in schools to enable students to meet the future needs of the country as well as the world, said President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Sunday (14).

    President Rajapaksa was addressing the gathering after vesting with the students the Mahindodaya Technological Laboratory at the Welimada Central College.

     

    The laboratory consists of a computer laboratory equipped with 40 computers, A language laboratory with 20 computers, a mathematics laboratory, Nenasa distance learning education centre.

     

    Senior Minister S.B.Navinna, Ministers Bandula Gunawardena, Nimal Siripala de Silva, Prof.G.L.Peiris and  Anura Priyadarshana Yapa were present.(KH)
