The 3-storey preaching hall (Dharmashala) at the Nedumgamuwa Sri Jayasundararama Vihara in Welimada was declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Sunday (14).
The President after unveiling the plaque called on the Chief Incumbent of the Vihara Ven.Dr. Eththalagedera Nanda Thera and offered pirikara.
A large crowd was present to greet the President. Ministers Jayarathna Herath, Kumara Welgama, Prof.G.L.Peiris, Naveen Dissanayake, Deputy Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna were present at the occasion. (KH)
