The BelTA report said that the Belarusian parliamentary delegation led by Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko would be on the official visit to Sri Lanka on 17-21 November.
According to previous report published from Minsk, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko approved draft agreements between the Republic of Belarus and Sri Lanka concerning mutual legal assistance and extradition as a basis for holding the corresponding talks.
The Belarusian President signed the relevant decrees on 1 October, a statement on the official internet portal of the President Lukashenko said.
The Belarusian Justice Ministry has been authorized to conduct the negotiations and sign the agreements with Sri Lanka. (Special Reporter/HC)
