President Maithripala Sirisena expresses his deepest sympathy over the demise of Mrs. Swara Mukherjee, wife of Indian President Pranab Mukherjee.
The President sending a special Message of Condolence expressed his sympathy to the people of India and the relations of Mrs. Swara Mukherjee, on behalf of the Government and the people of Sri Lanka.
He recalled Mrs. Mukherjee was a tremendous strength to Mr. Mukherjee, their two sons and the daughter.
