Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (SLCOG) has opened a 24 hours hotline 0710301225 for pregnant mother to assist them concerning pregnancy complications.
SLCOG stated that they are highly concerned about the health standards of women in the country during the crisis period with COVID-19 infection.
“Pregnant mothers are worried about their health care during this period due to several reasons. For example, COVID-19 infection and other pregnancy complications. SLCOG has opened a hotline for pregnant mothers to address this issue by answering their calls through a helpline.” SLCOG issuing a statement said.
