Due to the prevailing adverse weather conditions, all schools in the North Central Province will not be open today (20), as per the notice of the Governor of the North Central Province, the Director of Education of the North Central Province, Mr. S.M.W. Samarakoon, stated in a statement issued by the Anuradhapura District Media Unit.
Accordingly, although the examinations for grades 3, 4 and 5 of the 2024 final examination were scheduled to be held today (20) and tomorrow (21), the said examinations will be temporarily postponed, the statement issued by Mr. Samarakoon further stated.
