Consultations between aeronautical authorities of Azerbaijan and Sri Lanka were held on 26th to 28th February 2013 in Colombo to consider Air Transport Agreement between two countries.

The two delegations successfully negotiated and initialed a text of an Air Services Agreement and reached the understanding that the Designated Airlines of Sri Lanka and Azerbaijan will be entitled to operate cargo flights without any limitations.
