Commercial Credit won the toss & decided to field first. Their Fast bowlers enjoyed the morning conditions destroying the MAS Active top order to slow down the run rate. Lahiru Gamage took early wickets to dismiss Udara Jayasundera,Sachithra Serasinghe and TM Sampath..At one stage MAS Active were 4 for 33..Then Middle order batsmen built the innings with a slow run rate..Angelo Perera contributed with 25 and Dhananjaya de Silva made useful 26 runs.

In reply Commercial Credit got off to a Flying start with Sandun Weerakkody and Dilhan Cooray providing them a decent start. Then came Shehan Jayasuriya and blasted an unbeaten 56 runs to finish the game in style.
