One umpire is considered to and from each country. 2 countries West Indies and New Zealand confirmed these exchanges with SLC. The ExCo approved the proposal to have the above program to develop the standard of Umpires of SLC.

During the recent National Umpire Managers meeting in Barbados several exchange programs have been discussed and as a result 02 countries have shown interest in programs with SLC. These programs are essential for development of local umpires in the light of exposure to different conditions, competitions and cultures.
