    Multi Religious Flag Blessings for the 69th Army Day

    A Flag Blessing ceremony to mark the 69th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army which falls on the 10th of October annually, was conducted on 5th October 2018 in Jaffna.The Flag Blessing Ceremony, commenced at the Nagavihara Buddhist Temple followed by blessings at the, Jumma Mosque in Jaffna, Nallur Kovil in Jaffna and Our Lady of Refuge Church in Jaffna.

    Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna, Commander Forward Maintain Area - North, General Officer Commanding, 51 Division, General Officer Commanding, 52 Division, General Officer Commanding, 55 Division, Senior Officers and a large number of military personnel were present during the Ceremony.
