Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and many Parliamentarians including Minister Karu Jayasooriya, Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapaksa, Central Provincial Councilor Azath Salley, Minister Kabeer Hashim and Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama paid their last respects to late Stanley Senasinghe at the Misty Haven residence in Kandy.

Stanley Senasinghe, passed away at the age of 77, while receiving treatment at the Kandy General Hospital.

Born on March 21, 1938, Stanley Senasinghe was a graduate of the Peradeniya and Colombo Universities. He was the husband of retired senior lecturer Upamalika Senasinghe and a loving father to three children.
