President Maithripala Sirisena today (Feb. 05) met family members of Mr. Shantha Dodangoda, who was shot to death at Kahawatte on January 5 while preparing the stage for a public meeting for Presidential Election.
Mr. Dodangoda was setting up a stage for a propaganda meeting of Presidential candidate Maithripala Sirisena.
President Sirisena offered his sympathy to Mr. Dodangoda’s wife and children over the death of him.
Minister Thalatha Athukprala was also present at this occasion.
