Leader of the Up Country People’s Front Shanthidevi Chandrasekaran, Deputy Minister V. Radhakrishnan and members of the Up Country’s People’s Front Politburo met President Rajapaksa at Temple Trees on Monday (10).

The group while appreciating the programme mooted by the Government led by the President to enhance the living standards of the Estate Tamils reiterated that President Rajapaksa is the only leader who has done a yeoman service for the welfare of the Tamils in the estate sector.

Minister Susil Premajayantha was present on the occasion.
