The newly constructed two-storied Thambalagamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha uilding complex bwas declared open by President Mahinda Rajapaksaa on Tuesday (28).
The Pradeshiya Sabha building complex constructed at a cost of 36 million rupees will provide an efficient and a streamlined service to the people of Muthur in Thambalagamuwa area.
