    President opens several Mahindodaya Technological Laboratories Featured

    President Mahinda Rajapaksa declared open the Mahindodaya Technological Laboratory at Tissapura Vidyalaya in the Mahiyangana Educational Zone on Thursday (11).

    The President who was warmly welcomed by the students after unveiled the plaque inspected the building.

     

    More Mahindodaya Technological Laboratories at Orubadinawewa Maha Vidayalaya, Giradurukotte, Kanda Kepu Ulpatha Maha Vidyalaya, Meegahakivula National School and Kanda Kepu Ulpatha Maha Vidyalaya in the Badulla District.were declared open by the President.


    Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, the new laboratories comprise a science laboratory equipped with 40 computers,  mathematics laboratory,   language laboratory with 20 computers,, Nenasa distance education unit and a laboratory for Advanced Level students.

     

    Ministers Bandula Gunawardena, Prof. G.L Peiris and Lakshman Senevirathne accompanied the President.(KH)
