    President calls on Ven.Galtemwatte Chandrajothi Thero of Demtamal Vihara
    President Mahinda Rajapaksa while attending to many programmes and rallies in the Monaragala District, called on Viharadhipathi of Historic Dematamal Vihara in Buttala, Chief Sanghanayaka Ven.Galtemwatte Chandrajothi Nayaka Thero on Tuesday (02).
     
    The President had a cordial discussion with the prelate and inquired into his well-being. He also participated to offer alms to the Maha Sangha.
     
     
    Ministers Jagath Pushpakumara, Johnston Fernando, Deputy Minister Indika Bandaranaike were also present at the occasion.(KH)
