The new Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva called on President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat, yesterday (27). He presented a memento to the President to mark his assumption of duties as the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army.
