Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva, who assumed duties as the new Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy called on President Maithripala Sirisena at the President’s Official Residence, yesterday (03). Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva met the President to formally inform that he assumed duties as the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy.The Commander also presented a memento to the President on this occasion.
