President Mahinda Rajapaksa hailed the historic win of Prime Minister RecepTayyip Erdogan as the first elected President of Turkey in a congratulatory message that was tweeted from his account.
“Congratulations to the new President of Turkey RecepTayyp Erdogan,” the President tweeted.
