Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe had a discussion with the Minister of Defense of Finland, Yussi Ninisto yesterday (10th Oct.) at the Finland Defence Ministry.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of safeguarding the identity of the country not as a partner of struggles or conflict but as partners in stability.
As both countries are independent military wise, the strategies to protect the countries internally as well as externally was also discussed.
