A special meeting to discuss the future steps to be taken for the affected people was held under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena at the Matara District Secretariat yesterday (05th June).
Ministers Vajira Abeywardena, Mangala Samaraweera, Sagala Ratnayaka, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, State Ministers LakshmanYapa Abeywardena, Chief Minister Shan Wijayalal De Silva, MPs BuddhikaPathirana, Dullas Alahapperuma, Matara District Secretary Pradeep Rathnayaka, and Commanders of Tri Forces participated at the meeting.
