The newly constructed public recreational facility includes a children's park, fitness center and a walking path. Built at  a cost of Rs. 306 million the 'SuwathaUyana, is spread over an extent of 10 acres with a 1.8 km walking path. The fitness center is equipped with state of the art exercise equipment.

 

The project, implemented by the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development was built under the program aimed at creating a healthy nation for the future development of the country.
