The Grand Finale of the Ranaviru Real Star, the fifth phase of the series was held yesterday 11th Sept. at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium under the patronage of the President Maithripala Sirisena.
President presented the award to Sampath Sri Palansooriya, the winner of the fifth Ranaviru Real Star from Sri Lanka Army. And also the winner was gifted a new house worth Rs.20 million.
Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka, Ministers Arjuna Ranatunghe, Wijayadasa Rajapakshe, Gayantha Karunathilake, Chief of Defense staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunathilake, Commanders of the three forces, and Defense Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachchi also participated.
