Deputy Minister Karunaratne Paranavithana who has served before as an Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media is a well experienced Public Servant.

Addressing the ceremony, the Minister of Parliamentary Reform and Mass Media Gayantha Karunathilaka express his happiness about the assistance that he had been done in Hundred days program as the secretary of the Ministry of Mass Media.
