The first interim report of the National Council Sub Committee to formulate National Policies presented in Parliament
The first interim report of the Sub Committee on Identifying the Priorities in Formulation of Short-, Medium- & Long-Term National Policies of the National Council was present to Parliament May (12) by its Chair and Member of Parliament Hon. Namal Rajapaksa.
The approval of the National Council to submit this report to Parliament took place May (11). This report is attached herewith.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
