Area of authority of two governors changed
The provincial governor of the North-Western province, A.J.M. Muzammil was appointed as the governor of Uwa province and took his oaths before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat (August 31).
Raja Kollure the new Provincial Governor for North-Western province was sworn in before the President.
