The Police have arrested 30 persons for violating curfew.
DIG Ajith Rohana stated that the police will take strict action against those who violate the curfew.
He noted that curfew has been imposed for the protection of the public and for their benefit.
Therefore, he appealed to the public to remain within the confines of their homes during this period and refrain from traveling around unnecessarily.
