President Maithripala Sirisena has given strict instructions not to close roads in any way causing obstruction to the public to facilitate VIP convoys.The President made these instructions during Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting.The President has given these instructions taking into consideration difficulties faced by the public due to the closure of roads to facilitate VIP movements.Authorities have been informed to apprise VIP security personnel and to allow VIP vehicles without obstructing the public.
