Mr. Sena Vithanage assumed duties as the Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation yesterday (18th Sept.).
An old boy of Ananda College, Mr. Vithanage is a BSc graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenapura and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo.
He joined the Sri Lanka Administrative Service in 1984.
