The Military, Air and Naval Attaché of the Embassy of the Russian Federation Colonel Dmitry A Mikhaylovskiy made a call on to the Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Kapila Waidyaratne PC at the Ministry yesterday (17th Aug.).
A cordial discussion was held between the Secretary and Colonel Mikhaylovskiy during the meeting. Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion.
Military Liaison Officer of the Ministry of Defence Maj Gan DAR Ranawaka was also present at the occasion.
