First death anniversary of late most Ven. Maduluwawe Sobhitha thero will be held tomorrow evening at Sri Lanka Foundation under the patronage of President Maithripala Sirisena.
At the event, Dr. Raja Wijethunghe will gift a land to establish an institution dedicated to continue the late Sobhitha thero’s social service.
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya, Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunghe, and other dignitaries will participate.
