Speaker of Karu Jayasuriya recently met Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi, accepting her invitation to discuss matters important both nations.
The discussions were focused on the future steps of the religious, cultural, and the economic relationships between two states.
The Speaker also passed her the invitation from the President Maithripala Sirisena to visit in Sri Lanka. She has accepted the invitation with pleasure.
