This year’s exhibition is themed, "A Tale of Medicine Untold".

The mission of PeMEx 2015 is to create awareness among the general public regarding various health aspects from 'beyond the womb to beyond the tomb.’ This is aligned itself with the mission of the Faculty of Medicine, which aims to contribute to the body of knowledge of medicine in a meaningful manner & to serve the medical & social needs of the society.

There are numerous health services provided to the public like screening tests to check important non-communicable diseases, blood pressure, blood sugar level, screening for oral cancers, skin tests in 20 minutes and physical performance tests to check fitness, the organisers said.

University sources said that more than five lakhs have visited the exhibition so far.
