He revealed this on Monday (20) addressing the media following a meeting with a group of officers from HUST including prof.Xu Xiaolin, Prof.Chen He, Prof Chen Zhixia, Prof. Wang Bing, Ms.Cai Wenjie and Ms. Qing Yang at SLIDA.
He said this year scholarships will be provided to a team of 30 members while next year two teams will be given scholarships. All facilities except air tickets will be provided by the HUST. During the programme, Special attention will be paid on e-government and rural development.
Officers representing various fields in the Public Sector will be given these scholarships said Deshapriya and added that the HUST has expressed their appreciation on Sri Lankan Government’s development programmes as well as state sector employees training programmes.
