Minister of Mass Media Gayantha Karunatilake said that the present Government has been able to create a positive attitude in the International Community about Sri Lanka, which is of paramount importance. He also reiterated that the new government is capable of achieving reconciliation by giving equal rights to everyone irrespective of party and other differences.
Minister Gayantha Karunatilake expressed these views participating at the second phase of providing assistance to Tea Small Holders at Udalamatta area in Galle. The programme is being implemented to provide assistance to Tea Small Holders to prevent soil erosion in the lands.
Through this project, 544 Tea Small Holders have benefitted so far.
