A National Government should remain in power for the country to move forward, State Minister of Child Affairs Rosy Senanayake said speaking at an event held recently in Kotahena.
She said that President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe ,who are the leaders of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) and the United National Party (UNP) respectively, have created a background where the country will be able to face any challenge through a system of good governance. She added that the two leaders have the potential to lead the country unitedly towards prosperity through good governance. .
