    Indian High Commission calls for applications for undergraduate courses

    Indian High Commission in Colombo has called for applications from Sri Lankan students (excluding PIO, OCI Card holders & NRIs) for nominations to undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Medicine (MBBS) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) under the Self-Financing Scheme for the academic year 2015-16 against the reserved seats of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India.

    According to a press release of the Indian High Commission, applicants are requested to fill up the application forms available at the Education Wing of the High Commission of India, Colombo-03 on any working day between 1400-1600 hrs on production of G.C.E.'O/L', 'A/L' certificates of Sri Lanka (issued by the Department of Examination, Battaramulla) or G.C.E. 'O/L', 'A/L' certificates, London and Birth Certificate.

     

    Sri Lankan students studying in India can also apply for nomination pending final declaration of their qualifying examination results equivalent to 10+2 standard of CBSE examination results.

     

    Last date for receipt of completed application forms is 10th April, 2015.
