The roofing sheets will be provided to low-income families selected from the Provincial Secretariat areas, to complete the thatched roofs of their houses.

The government will provide roofing sheets for the low-income families in the 30 Provincial Secretariat areas in Kurunegala district. A sum of Rs. 2 million will be spent for the project, the Kurunegala District Secretariat office revealed.
