Accordingly Lanka Sathosa has earned an income of Rs.165 million from the sales of rice which were imported to the country to control the escalating rice prices during the festive season. (ST/KH)

The Lanka Sathosa Outlets throughout the island have up to-date sold three million kilograms of imported Samba, Nadu and White Raw rice since introduction of a certified price for imported rice sold through the outlets.
