The construction work on the Desbook Bridge across the Kumbukkan Oya on the Desbookwatte road within the Lunugala Divisional Secretariat Division in Badulla has been completed.
The expenditure incurred for this project under the Gama Neguma programme of the Economic Development Ministry was three million rupees.
Around 300 families in the Lunugala Desbookwatte, Wetakeiwewa and Keselwatte villages will benefit by this Project.
