A total of 30 Army personnel, including Officers in the 57 Division of the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) in response to an SOS call of the Kilinochchi Hospital gave away their blood for use of Kilinochchi patients on Sunday (16).
Dr H.M.D.R.B Hindagoda of the Blood Bank in Kilinochchi has turned to Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 57 Division for assistance in this regard since hospital stocks are fast declining. The programme received the guidelines of the Kilinochchi Commander.
