The SLASA statement, signed by its Secretary P.P.S.R. de Silva said the President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Minister of Public Administration and Home Affairs W.D.J. Seneviratne, Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga, Secretary to the Ministry of Finance and Planning Dr P.B. Jayasundara and Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration P.B.
