Sacred relics from the Mihintale Raja Maha Viharya, the Paramananda Raja Maha Viharaya in Galle, the Tissamaharama Raja Maha Viharaya and the Agrashravaka viharya in Maradana arrived at the Sirasa – Union Assurance Vesak Zone this afternoon (April 29th). The exposition of the sacred relics will be opened to the public this evening following religious observances.

The Sirasa – Union Assurance vesak zone will be open to the public from today till the 1st of May. In addition to the exposition of the sacred relics the Wesak Zone will feature a Pandol, numerous dansals for the devotees as well as bakthi gee performances
