The government has made arrangements to distribute self-employment equipment among Divi-Neguma beneficiaries in the Rattota divisional secretariat area. The government has allocated Rs.7,600,000 for the purpose.
A ceremony to distribute the equipment will be held at the Rattota Divisional Secretariat tomorrow. Agriculture State Minister Wasantha Aluvihare, Matale District Co-ordinating Committee Chairman and Parliamentarian Ranjith Aluvihare and Matale District Parliamentarian Rohini Kavirathna will participate.
The Government official news portal is maintains by the New Media Unit of the Department of Government Information and it was titled "news.lk" and commenced in mid1996 and release to Internet from March 01st, 1997.
