The campaign was intended to provide medical and dental screening and treatment facilities to the students and civilians in order to upgrade the health care status of the community. Community leaders and civilians around the periphery of the Station expressed their appreciation to the station, which lent a helping hand to the national health development process, assisting those who are really in need of primary health care facilities.

Students and civilians were screened and treated by medical and dental professionals and their supporting crew staff members from the Sri Lanka Air force in the areas of screening of vision and hearing problems, anthropometric measurement evaluation ( BMI –Body Mass Index) , screening of dental and dental hygiene and other vital organ system evaluations .
